Kitchen Knife Perfect for Salad Greens

Our all-purpose kitchen knife is a Santoku, similar to the chef's knife. The blade of the Santoku is slightly curved like a chef's knife, for easy chopping. It performs well at slicing, dicing, mincing and chopping salad greens.  It's a beautifully made knife that balances well in the hand and performs multiple cutting and chopping tasks with ease.
